IQI Incentive Trip: A Celebration of Global Growth and Excellence in Tokyo

TOKYO, JAPAN (3 April 2026) – A high-performing delegation from IQI Global, led by its champion team IQI Elite Group, concludes its exclusive five-day incentive retreat in Tokyo today. Running from 30 March to 3 April, the trip served as a high-value reward for the organization’s top-tier real estate professionals who hit record-breaking milestones in the previous fiscal year.
Reflecting the group’s commitment to excellence, the journey commenced with a premium travel experience. Over 40 top achievers were hosted in Business Class, ensuring the delegation arrived in the Japanese capital refreshed and ready for a week of high-level networking. Throughout their stay, the group was accommodated at one of Tokyo’s premier 5-star luxury hotels, providing a sophisticated home base in the heart of the city’s most vibrant districts.

The pinnacle of the retreat was the Grand Gala Dinner, held at the historic Meiji Kinenkan. Originally built in 1881 as a reception hall for nobility and once the site for the drafting of the Meiji Constitution, the venue offered a majestic backdrop of lush 1,000-tsubo gardens and classic Japanese architecture. In a rare cultural highlight, IQI arranged a private Sumo performance for its guests. The demonstration provided the delegation with a profound look into Japan’s national sport, emphasizing the themes of discipline, strength, and strategy values that mirror the "Elite" mindset of the IQI workforce.

Beyond the luxury, the 2026 Tokyo Incentive Trip focused on the long-term vision of IQI. IQI Elite Group Founder Aaron Siow noted that these retreats are essential for fostering the "Millionaire Income Builder" culture.
As the delegation departs Tokyo tonight, the focus shifts back to Malaysia, where IQI Elite Group continues its nationwide recruitment and leadership development across its offices in KL, Penang, JB, and beyond.
